This list contains items that are considered “stale-dated,” which is defined as 6 months to 30 months past their issue date and can be declared lost or destroyed by affidavit, but excludes those that are considered private, such as welfare payments, child support, and employee payroll. Redactions or removal of certain information have been made pursuant to Government Code section 6254(c), 6254(k) or 6255 and California Constitution Article 1, Section 1. Inclusion in this list does not guarantee availability or eligibility for reissue. The information in this list is updated on the second business day of the month. This list includes items eligible for reissue at the time this list was developed and is the most current information available. This list may contain items that are no longer eligible due to previous claiming between the stale date period and the time this list was developed.
